Latest v.11 update fails

The latest update fails to install telling me there are open programs when there are not - except for V11 which has to be open to get to the update. Have disabled AVG but no difference.

Hello John,
Please try again after a 'clean boot' of your computer, or alternatively download the latest release from here:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Then install over the top of your existing version by right-clicking on the setup file and selecting 'Run as administrator'... there is no need to uninstall your existing version first.
