I want to upload some PDF files to my site and link them to a hyperlink on one page. How Do I go about doing this?

You can use a seperate ftp program to create a folder on your webhost and copy the pdf in there. Then create a link from x5 to the pdf.
X5 can do this also, after connection to your host you can use the buttons on top to create a folder, also there are buttons to upload a seperate or multiple file(s) or download a seperate file.
