Main menu - links to email/other sites?

Is there any way of getting the main menu to link directly to an external website?
Also to an email address?

Anne,
Just use a 'level' in your menu. Goto sitemap (step2) Goto the properties button on that level and select the link option for a website or mail adres or something else, you can also set a text description for that menu option in the tab description.
