How to get support?  en

I have asked a question twice, once three days ago, once 2 days ago. I have had no response - in previous questions, when Incomedia have responded, i was told to make questions public, or just advised to do a Google search.

I thought the idea was that when questions are answered, this would mean that others could see the result, or does it mean that Incomedia no longer provides support? And just replies on this forum.

This is a great product, but i have found that many features are simply not provided with anywhere near enough detail, if the product is meant for non professionals.

I am about to purchase a blog/rss feed addon from a third party, simply because i am not sure what i am doing.

If no support is available, we could not use the product for commercial use.

Thankyou.

Hello Jamie,

I put a link on a page, and selected "Create RSS Feed Including Blog Comments" from the hyperlink box, but when clicked, no page can be found.

Do i need to enter some details in "RSS Feed" in "4 Advanced Settings" first?

If i understand this right, i should just go to the XML view of the blog.

In my public folder i have two new files, versions.xml and blogversions.xml. I also have a blog folder that contains various x5feed files. One of these files x5feed.php, when opened, looks like the rss feed.

But the link i made on my page, using the RSS Feed hyperlink points to /x5feed.php i.e. not in the blog folder.

I just want to make sure i should be pointing to /blog/x5feed.php?

Also, does it have to be called x5feed? I would prefer somethin more in line with the page.

Thankyou for any help.

Hi

Bear with me while I check this out and i'll look into this for you as I am pretty sure that is the correct path, unfortunately you can't rename the x5feed.php file as the software requires that file to pull feed from your rss, But i will double check all of this for you.
