I created a website using X5 Professional. I published it. I want to change a few things but do not have it in the software anymore. Is there a way to use X5 to modify it again? It is no longer in my 'project list' in the software to ediyt. Is there a way to get it back into the software to edit in X5 now that it is published?

Hello Andrea,
Please search your computer for files with the following extensions:
.iwzip
.iwprj
In particular, check carefully the following path(s):
C:\Users\your_Windows_user_name\My Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10/11 - Professional
If you find any relevant .iwzip files then you can import these directly into WebSite X5 using the 'Import' button found in the opening screen. This would be the preferred method of restoration.
However, you may still be able to restore from an .iwprj file using the following instructions:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/47713

Unfortunately there are no other ways in which to recover a lost project.
Kind regards,
Paul

All of a sudden I am getting errors of not authorized to open ANY site within x5 pro 11!!!! I have uninstalled, re-installed. As soon as I close the software and re-open the software I get the message:
"An error occured while loading the project:
access to the path 'C:\Users\Andrea\Documents\Incomedia\Website X5v11 - Professional\donaldrhule\Preview\versions.xml' is denied."
I do not knoe what to do. I keep re-installing and importing my last saved backup. it lets me open and work on it. then when I close the software and re=open to work again, I get the message above, I click OK, and it freezes the program and I have to shut down. PLEASE HELP.
I recently upgraded to the automatic WINDOWS 10.
Hello Andrea,
Are you logged in windows as user "Andrea" or with another one?
Try to login as Andrea and then try to open the projects again. If this should not help try to start the program with the right click as administrator or reinstall it as administrator.
Many thanks!
