I have pro 13 on desktop and on laptop. It will NOT update on my laptop. I have tried many times.

I have tried 20+ times to update my website version to latest version and keep getting the message cannot complete it. I have tried uninstalling it, re-installing from my portsl...nothing works! I only have it on desktop and laptop. I have not had update problems before. PLEASE help me.
