Hello sa ara,
Email issues can be diagnosed using the online control panel for your WebSite X5 project.
Please log in to your WebSite X5 online control panel here:
http://your_domain_name/admin/login.php(replace 'your_domain_name' with the actual domain name of your website)
Your username and password are the 'Administrator' details which you have defined in Step 4 Advanced Settings > Access Management
Once you have logged in look towards the top left hand corner of your screen... you will see a link marked 'Test'... click on it...
In the new screen which appears you will be able to comprehensively test and troubleshoot your email settings. You will also be notified of any errors in your server configuration.
If having tested all the various options you are still unable to receive email then it will be necessary for you to ask your web host why this is the case, as only they can block your mail in this way.
Let us know how you get on... we are here to help if we can.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hello sa ara,
The error message which you have posted is not related to delivery of your email in any way.
Did you try sending various test emails using all the different settings available in the 'Test' section?
Also, please note that your web host must allow the sending of emails using the PHP mail() function.

Dear sir, the PHP mail() function is active by default for all of our plans and there is not any reason on our end for my mails to not been delivered. please investigate the issue in the coding of website
Did you try sending various test emails using all the different settings available in the 'Test' section? What were the results of those tests?
To investigate further can you please supply:
1. The domain name (URL) of your website
2. The name of your web host
Can you also confirm whether or not you use a web-based email provider, such as Google Gmail or Yahoo?

Did you change the 'Email form script type' (Scripttyp fur E-Mail-Versand) with each test? This is very important to try and ascertain which settings are required for your particular web server.
If you have tried every possible setting with no success, then the problem would appear to be due to the use of web-based email, in this case Yahoo.
There are many threads about similar issues when using Yahoo... here is one such thread:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/122363
It is important to understand that WebSite X5 can only send the email to the server using the PHP mail() function. Once the email has arrived at your server WebSite X5 can no longer influence what happens to that email.
You need to contact your web host and ask them to check their logs, and ask them why your emails are not being received, as only they can block delivery of your emails.
I realise that you can receive email successfully when you send 'directly', but WebSite X5 uses PHP to send the email, and your web host may well treat such emails differently, for various reasons.
In fact, a quick search of the internet brought up this thread from a previous Mochahost customer who had specific problems when trying to use Yahoo email:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:izy-11ga3-gJ:forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/***chahost-web-hosting/+&cd=14&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk
Please refer your web host to this thread, and ask them to check their logs and offer an explanation as to why PHP generated email can not be received when using Yahoo email addresses.
If they are not willing to help then your only course of action would be to change hosting provider or email provider.
Good luck!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on this matter. We will be happy to clarify the case and provide you with solution.
If you receive this error you most probably use the SMTP without authentication. You need to authenticate to the mail server via SMTP authentication.
Please also note that you have to use a valid e-mail user that has been created in the control panel. The username must be the full e-mail address.
If you are using a PHP script you may need to check this article:

Please do not hesitate to contact us back in case you need any further assistance on this matter!

Hello Sa ara,
As it seems your hosting provider supports only the option to send emails with SMTP authentication by using an email created on their server. This function is only present in Version 11 of the program and not available in Version 10.
The only way to use it in Version 10 is with a custom HTML code you can add in the HTML object in step 3. You can use the custom code provided by your hosting support. Unfortunately I cannot help you with the use of custom code since this doesn't depends on functions of the program.
Many thanks!
