Trying to reinstall

My program was working fine yesterday. Today it won't open and trying to get me to activate again. I can't find my license number and I had already activated it when i purchased the program. What do i do?

Did you perhaps install WebSite X5 as an administrator and you are now logged on as a normal user without administrative privileges?
Try right-clicking on the WebSite X5 icon and selecting 'Run as administrator' to see if that helps.
The Incomedia support staff will be able to assist you from Monday onwards if you have forgotten or misplaced your licence details. Your patience is appreciated.
Alternatively, if you create an account here on answers.websitex5.com using the email address that you used when you initially installed WebSite X5 then your licence details should be available for you to view, here:

Hi again... You can simply reinstall website X5 on the same computer and activate again with the same email adress and your license that you can find in your Answers profil -> "My Licences".
