My Website has a few email forms  build in, but the confirmatian emails send to the user are missing the standard reply I have written in the  emailform. the problem occurs on modbile devices , Ipad and android . the user customer will get the email just the .CSV file is sent. The content of the email isn't displayed, On my windows 7 computer it displays everything  in Windows live mail, but also here it displays a lot of "extra" data see attachement 1

Where do I find the solution to display the emails correctly for my costumers on whatever device or emailsoftware they use?
