after purchasing and downloading Ver. 12 i get an update message. when trying to apply this update it keeps stopping and doesnt update?
any ideas

Hello Andy,
Instead of updating within the program please download the most recent setup file (12.0.1.15) from the following location:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Once downloaded ensure WebSite X5 is closed, then right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator' - this will install the new version over the old... there is no need to uninstall first.
