How do I initiate Hosting and Publish my website

Recently purchased WebSite X5 Professional 12 and have built the site. How do I get the Hosting initiated and Publish my site? This is my first time with the product and I don't find the information in the Help file or other post giving me a straight forward answer.

You can choose from several different hosting providers. They should all have good FAQs and help files, but if you get stuck on a particular point please don't hesitate to revert to the forum.
