Adding usernames and paswords to a page without having the x5 program

I have a locked page. This page has information that i only allow some companies access to.
It's easy enough to add new usernames and passwords through the website x5 program, but it takes up alot of my time.
Id there any way that i could allow a remote computer access to add users to this page without have to load website x5 on that computor also?

Hi Tommy,
the only way to let users modify all the project is to have a license key, be able to open the software and work on it.
Only in this way you can add or remove users.
