The form that captures client details and their shopping cart etc should all be using https. This will help on your rankings as well but is mainly to give your clients peace of mind when submitting their personal details.

Tommy, whether or not the form is secure (https) is up to you. Talk to your host, this feature may be available to you for free with a simple change to your .htaccess file.
Your whole website should be secure and this will ensure that any forms on your site will also be secure.
