Can not export any project

When attempting to export any of my projects for installation on another PC an error message.
"It is not possible to complete the export of the project"

If this file not present in specified folder!
Open library.xml in project folder and find line with this filename
delete this line.

See in pwmh 2014 folder.
Show to index.xml für the path and filename for the "fw...." file

Have tried deleting file from library index but when trying to export project I get error for another file.
WebX team.
I really need to be able to get my websites to new MS 10 machine otherwise I am going to ask for my upgrade payment back and go to another programme.

Hello Andy,
Make a copy of the project folder and then from this copy delete the folders "preview" and "upload" and then zip the folder.
Once done use the function http://www.wetransfer.com to generate a link and then write me here the link so I can download it.
I will verify it and see what can be done to fix the issue.

Thank you I will give it ago later today.
Is their a reson why I am having problems with all of my five web site projects?
Are all the images currupted or is it that the programme looses track of where they are?
I will have to go through all of the sites and remove all of the images and start again with W10.
