I can't see the licence here in x5. Did you use a correct email, the one where you bought x5 with here? (in your profile)
Or do you have another profile ?
Normaly you can find you licence in your profile here in x5 and add the licence manualy if not available.

I'm not sure I understood your issue. Could you please try to explain it better?
Anyway, to install the software you should uninstall the demo version first, and then proceed with the installation.

to upgrade from v.10 to v.12 I suggest you to take a look into the "offers for you" section, here on your profile.
You will find discounts to upgrade from one version to the other one.
