I have purchased several objects from the incomedia website,but when I try to refresh my objects list within website x5 pro evolution 12,it states that I cannot connect to the server.

There is a temporary issue with the Incomedia server:

I expect Incomedia will resolve this problem upon their return to work tomorrow.

The issue has been solved and now it is again possible to download the objects and refresh the list.
