After I got an error message (sorry, can't remember the number) and had to restart the program, every time I use the 'preview' button, I get to see a blank page with the header 'index'. Before the crash it functioned properly. What should I do to use 'preview' the way it should again?

Hi Ren and Gabriele, thanks for your answers. Unfortunately uninstalling and installing the program again didn't work, but I just tried starting a new project and my preview did work in that project, so it's probably due to some conflict, as Gabriele said. Before going to the trouble of recreating an entire project from scratch, you might like to try restoring from a backup:

The instructions reference version 10, but the procedure is similar for version 12 with the exception of the file names/file paths.
For future data security export your project regularly as an IWZIP file in Step 5, and store this IWZIP file in a safe location, remote from your computer (e.g. cloud storage, flash drive, portable hard drive).
