Hello INCOMEDIA or other that can help.
1 - Where are the product data stored, and how can they be accesed ( apart from the shopping ) ?
2 - When Your customers create an order, the customer has to fill in name, address, telephone email and other things. How is it able to store these data in a database, at the same time when the order is sent ? It should be only the name&address information together wit the order reference, the email, and the order amount. It should be the same as when You choose to save contact information in a database, instead of emailing it - here it should be both email and storing in database.

This is a simple webshop... You can not store in database because you need a custom code in php/mysql database to solve this...

2- Are the professional version able to store head order data ?
Hello John,
Only in the Professional Edition there is the option to store the product data in the database when you activate the function to show the real quantity. Otherwise it's all stored on a file on the hosting space. In the Professional Edition you have also the option to save the order informations on the database which then can be accessed through the admin panel online.
