Why is download only max 20 kB/s ?

Download speed of WebSite X5 Evolution 11 is only around 10 kB/s. When I download something from another site it is around 2 MB/s.
Please help.

Do you refer to the download speed when you download the setup file from this link?

If so then there could be several reasons for slow download speed, but unfortunately they will almost certainly not be related to Incomedia's servers.
Switch off any proxy servers/VPN's you might be using, ensure nothing else is downloading in the background, and have a word with your Internet Service Provider to ask for possible causes of slow download speed.
