Hello Bernard,
As the error message suggests, the problem could indeed be temporary... please keep trying to connect.
If the isssue persists then check that WebSite X5 has clear access to the internet, and that firewalls, antivirus software, proxy servers, VPN's, etc. are not impeding access.
