HTML object in header moves position in responsive  en

Just installed V13 Pro and when loading a site from v12 Pro the HTML date code created does not retain its position in the header when using the responsive option.  The same applys to other HTML objects in the header.  These objects maintain the relative position in v12.  See v12 result at www.barelancla.com.

The code being used is "<!-- Date and Time.Date Time: START-->
    <p align = "right"><span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-family:Tahoma; font-size:12pt; color: #FFFFFF">[NOW]</span>
<!-- Date and Time.Date Time: END -->" (without the quotes.

Also the option to add standard date widget in to the header is no longer available in V13 Pro.

Any help anyone can give would be very much appreciated.

Also you must take into consideration that in Ver.13 you have to adapt the header and footer objects for every breakpoint. Go to header and footer option and check the left part of the program window and you will see the different points you can select in order to edit the specific resolutions that your project has.
