Version 13 does support the animated button.

Go to Step 4 Pages > Objects Management > Button > Animated Button (see the screenshot attached)

i don't have Animated Button either. i followed your instructions and it is not there

it was under MISC in version 12 but is missing in version 13

i have solved the above issues

i uninstalled the software, reinstalled, deleted and previous web sites in version 13, made a test web site , went to manage and did an update. everthing came back. i then imported my original version 12 web site and it worked very fast. and all of my missing objects are in place. preview now works fast also. 

some picture are not working like before but i will work on this after

Solved the issues... I ve got animated buttons... uninstalled, restarted computor, installed again.
