I have web site files only, made in ver.11 evolution. No file iwzip.
How can open project in ver.11 and then make iwzip?
I have iwprj file.

Since you still have v11 and the iwprj file, you should simply be able to open the project in v11, then select (step 5) export, export the project. This will create the iwzip that you can then import to v13.
If you uploaded your website through evo v11, you should also have a backup in the backup directory of the project which could also be used to create the iwzip.
