you can't do it automatically with the software.

Anyway, if you choose the manual registration, you can send login and password only to those who have a ZIP code you want.

Maybe with this type of solution you could insert a message on your website telling that the registration is reserved only to certain ZIP codes.

I can't use manual registration,

it is for potencial clients who ordering something

and the fill the form for the check out

I don't know them so I can't send them login and password.

a lot of web sites have it, it is very usefull to reduce unnessary orders
