Videos made in WebAnimator + I do not appear in the website x5 v.13 when I upload it as amimator animaskjon in x5 v. 13. Tekxt and image and other materials are displayed, but not the video that should be in the background. Are building a side to an important customer, and this is is great urgent problem to answer. What am I doing wrong? Best regards, Roy

I also noticed the same behavior and I already informed the developers. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v13 .

That was the whole reason that I bought the program Website Animator +). So then I have purchased an item that has no value for me. You use the opportunity of the integration of video in marketing the program. In response I received from you, and say unto me that the manufacturer is aware of this and it will be attempted fixed. But when? a month or two years, or?

I also have the webanimator+.
It is a pretty good program, but if I had known Google's Web Designer, at the time I bought it, I wouldn't.
The program have some problems with video ( and GIF ) . I can not control the video - but if You use the free program :
Google Web Designer You have the same possibilities ( java scripts and so ) , AND here all works fine.
It is not "integrated" with X5, but It generates a html page, which You can integrate in a page.
I understand You have an urgent need for now, and can't wait to someone chooses to fix it.
Try Google Web Animator - I think You can do the job with this.
