After the last X5 updat the forward and backward buttons/icons seem to have disappeard. I've created a gallery page with miniatures, where there are 5 pictures visible. In a former version of X5 people could click on a forward button to see the next picture.
Now there's a little black icon with what seems to be a hand with three small dots (?) which is unclickable.
Can you please have a look at this?
Btw: it takes a very long time to start up Website X5; it keeps on updating libraries...
I hope you can hand some help here!

Are you looking to the site in a small view? The hand is for handheldes to swipe the pictures.
goto desktop view and see if the buttons come up. Else please provide the webadres.
Thanks.

Where can I change from 'small view'to 'desktop view'? As I recall I never changed my view, because I'm always working on a desktop PC. Thanks for your help, btw!

Hello Theo,
Does your screen has touch functionalities (touch screen)?
Generally this is automatically shown as soon as the used screen has touch functionalities but if you use a device without touch functionalities it will show the arrows.
Many thanks!

Hello Theo,
Please try to open the preview on another browser to see if there it appears correctly.
Generally if the OS is telling it supports the touch functionalities and these are enabled then it shows these controls.
Chenk please also with the new update if the same happens.
Many thanks!
@stillwater support Please check on the browsers you experience this issue to not habe the touch functionalities enabled.
