The home page is scrolling down

When I m loading my website http://www.irishellas.com the home page is automatically scrolling down and is not showing the beginning of the page.
Also, the advertising message not showing on any web page.

With which browser and at what resolution does this happen?
We can not reproduce it.

Hi Aristotelis,
were you able to solve the issue? I have checked and the website seems to work fine. Maybe you just have to refresh your cache: try to press ctrl+preview on your project and export the website again. Then press ctrl+f5.
