Cannot complete installation of X5-13

Hello:
I've just downloaded WebsiteX5-13, and I'm trying to install it. The first part goes fine, I insert my licence key, then I'm asked for a userID and login for a WebsiteX5 login. I have that, but it's for an account that is not the one I used to buy the software, and I can't complete this stage of the registration procedure. Can you help please? Thanks,

Hi Nigel,
you should be able to register the product either with *** or with *** . Do you get any error messages? If yes, could you please attach a screen shot?
