There are several help items available:

• There is a manual for x5, it's in your download portal here in the helpdesk. Next to your name puldown top right then select download.
• Also there is help in x5 itself, just press F1 where ever you are in the program. -> http://help.websitex5.com/en/v13/pro/index.html?ins_form.htm&utm_source=software&utm_medium=Evolution_1
• Also you can test the mail functionality of your provider (I would start with that) It's in your admin panel, goto your website and add /admin in the adress. The password and login are found in x5 (acces management -> step 1 customization)
• Also there are guides in the helpdesk here that might help, select guides in the header or footer, search for mail.

If you still have trouble, add screenshot or error log.
