A Purchased Template from Marketplace does not show up  en

I am currently using WebSite X5 v13.1.6.19 (64 bit)

Initially, I just bought Photogram Graphic template (by mistake) and then bought the Full template. However, all I see is a Blue Square where the image of the Full template should be. When I do a Preview, it just shows a blank page with Menu options (Header & Footer).

I thought buying the Full template would give me the proper layout and ease the customisation process, but what I am getting does not help much.

What am I doing wrong?

(I downloaded the full template - the exe file - and installed it before launching Website X5 program).

thank you for your message.

Please double click on the template to open it, after that the preview should be regenerated and you will be able to see it in the Project Selection section.

Hi Elisa,

It still does not work. I have uploaded a screen shot to show you what I mean, when I say that I am just seeing a blank square, when it should be showing the image of the Photogram Template.

Does it show up if you change "Horizontal Menu" at the top of the screen to "All"?

What happens when you open the template and click preview, do you see a website with images, menu and places for text etc.

It is not unusual to see no image in the template preview, a number of my sites have no preview images because of the way I constructed them.

Hello P. LEONG,

I notified it to the developers so they will verify it to see why this happens.

With the full template you need to import the IWZIP file and then the large image can be found in the row style of the page.

Hello P. LEONG,

The issue has been solved and you need to delete the content in the WebCache folder you find in your computer under:

C:\Users\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional\WebCache

Once done start the program and click of refresh.
