I am using the new Vr. 14 Pro and have 2 questions I would appreciate answers to.
1- When I have an adveritzing message in the upper left corner of my page how can I stop it from showing on smaller resolutions like phones or tablets? I do not see any setting to control this.
2- In my header & footer content especially the Footer when it is viewed on lower resolution screens like phones etc. the information gets moved on top of each other or out of view. Other websites I have seen just make the content smaller in proportion to the lower screen size. How can I correct this please?
Thank you to all that can offer a solution.

Giulio, 2nd question first. The content and placement of objects in the footer is totally within your control, but you do have to visit step 2 Template, Template Content, Footer for each resolution and either hide, reposition or resize as required (as you do for the header). According to Google, simply resizing is not an acceptable solution. If you look at most responsive websites, the best ones limit and resize the content producing the most functional and user friendly results. WX5 allows you to do this.
As for the advertising corner in your first question, sadly there is no option to disable this at various resolutions, but depending on your choice, it should resize appropriate to the screen it is displaying on.
You could create your own advertising popup, you can do so by placing a picture or graphic in a cell (you may wish to select a mouse over effect to help your users) and linking it to (for instance) a showbox gallery, you can also create a pop up message or graphic by using the description tab. At lesser resolutions you can hide the cell. I personally miss the page peel effect, so have largely ignored this feature since it's demise :-)
Hope that helps a little.

Very good information indeed, thank you for your concise description.
It's funny but I was looking for the page peel and the other items just last night and thought I was loosing my mind so thank you for bringing that up about not being there anymore. .
But why would they do away with it?
Also, Do you know how to create a pop-up like the advertising message does but make different ones for a different page?
Thank you very much.
Giulio
Giulio, the page peel disappeared because it required flash and no one has worked out how to create a replacement in html5 (flash is no longer supported by most browsers).
If you follow my rudimentary instructions on how to create an advert replacement, once you get it the way you want it you could copy and paste the cell on any page you like.
