Really? I’ve never used more than 4 breakpoints. Why do you need so many? Can you provide a link to one of your sites where you’ve used 10 breakpoints? Thank you.

Myron, whilst I do not necessarily agree that more than 10 breakpoints are required, I frequently use 6 or more.

Many of us yearn for the days of adaptive websites that spanned the width of the browser. By utilising more breakpoints we can make text, pictures, etc appear to be browser width, even though WX5 supports only specific widths.

For instance, I always set the minimum mobile width to 320, and yet accept that most mobiles are about 480px, this lets me design to the lowest common denominator (old phones) and offer the best possible experience for modern phone users. Similarly, I like to cater for users with > 1150 px displays and have increasingly included 1920px as a breakpoint for desktop displays.
