Different parts of the world use different date formats.  I think it would be useful to make this available when displaying dates on blog cards.

Currently, there is a check box allowing the date to be displayed/not displayed.  However, if the date is displayed, then it is all numeric and only in day-month-year format. 

For example, today's date is January 8, 2018.  The blog card would display this as 8-1-2018.  Where I live, all numeric dates are read as month-day-year meaning 8-1-2018 would be read as August 1st, 2018 instead of the actual current date.

It would be beneficial to be able to change this format depending on what locale a website might be directed at.  Even more so if it could be dynamic to the viewer's own location.
