Fred, does the preview image fail when you put the video gallery on it's own page?

(the browser may be incapable of caching previews for a dozen videos simultaneously?)

I put 1 gallery with only 4 videos on home page and can only see 2 of them so I do not think it is caching and I tested with multiple browsers and same result.

In this case it sounds like an issue with the preview frame on google.

If you alter the order, do different videos have a preview (if so this may indicate an issue with WX5)?

I have the same experience.

If INCOMEDIA can't have it to function with the preview, the object is useless.

They should make it possible to have a "preview" image that people could specify. This way it could function - but the best would be that it functioned with the automatic preview.

I agree on comment on fix...They should make it possible to have a "preview" image that we could specify... as an option so we can at least clip a pic off youtube.
