Hello,
I need line breaks between #16-#17, #17-#18 and #18-#19.
WX5 does NOT allow me to do it. I have tried many tricks with the cells.
How can I do it?

I recreated your page layout and initially had the same result.
BUT
Once I put an object in every cell (without content) and set the order correctly, the ability to add line breaks works as expected.

I used two HTML code object with <!-- -->
Also, I hid and ordered it for all Breakpoints.
