Peter, I do not own an iphone sorry, but the images do appear on my Nexus (surprisingly quickly), but very slowly on my desktop.

Are you using the default browser on the iphone? Could you try a different browser? And have you considered resampling/resizing the background image down (perhaps 1200px wide?) in case the iphone does not have the capacity to load large background images.

I've restarted - I've tried safari & chrome.
The same expensive site as version 14 works normally.

Peter, I have advised Incomedia, hopefully they will advise they are ware of the issue (& care) or have the issue in hand :-)

If your iPhone is running iOS v9, it is a known issue.

Our developers are aware of this problem, which is right now on top priority for resolution.
