Program wont open

My v 13 Version wouldn’t open – kept telling me to reinstall, when I did this it made no difference I kept getting the same error maessage telling me to reinstall.
I installed v 14 and the same thing keeps happening -
Can you fix this for me, it is vital I have your program working, i have windows 10 on my computer

followed your link to the instructions, no change to my website x5 software, the fix didn't work

to date, installing V15 appears to have corrected the errors hopefully i won't have any issues with this version
Well if v15 works then why not.
