I use 1and1.co.uk to host. They use SFTP now. X5 connects but does not upload site.

I have published several sites, but this is the first time the hosting has used SFTP. The export process seems to work, and connects to the webspace, but all I see is the attached.

And what if you press the top right arrow (start button) ?
Give it a try and see if the latest info is after that online. (use F5 in your browser to update your pc

Andre is right. In the lower part of the screen I can see the connection with your server has been established. Two (hidden items) have been found in the folder, which is what I would expect. But otherwise the folder is quite empty. It seems you haven't uploaded the website yet.
Just press start...
