When I create an advertising message in a BOX, when it appears and someone wants to close it it should disappear when the user clicks on the page outside of the Ad Box.
The only way to get rid of it is to click the X but the X is too small and barely noticable.
Like any other web page on the internet the pop up should disappear if a user clicks outside of the ad. It all adds to frustration for the user.
Am I doing something wrong? Or Please provide a fix.
Also in past versions we were able to create a banner at the top of the page that would fit over the top of our header. NOW it overlays on top of the header interfering with it's content instead of pushing the header down and then showing.
Please provide a fix it is Not Effective as it is.

Hello Giulio V.
You have not done any mistake. It's a general problem in Website X5. To get rid of Ads user have to Click on the 'X' button which appears very small at the edge.
I can suugest you 2 methods.
1) If you want to show your message in a Horizontal bar at the top or the bottom of the page, create the ads after the end of your entire project. Because if you create it at the begining of the project the header may interrupt the banner.
2) You can use Ads in a Cover Message. Select 'Cover Message' in the Advertisement Section of Step 1 of the Software and select a scroll button from the given buttons or you can create a button manually and upload it.
For 2nd option, when user click on the scroll button the ads disappears.
Try any one of the above mentioned methods. Hope this will help you and I hope Incomedia will bring an update to fix this.
Thank you
