Suppression de pages ne réduit pas le répertoire LIBRARY

j'ai un gros projet (70 Go sur le disque dur du PC) avec toutes mes photos de familles que j'ai souhaité découper en plusieurs "projets" car le chargement du projet (et les sauvegardes) commençaient à poser des problèmes.
J'ai créé un 2eme projet en dupliquant le projet d'origine et j'ai supprimé 80% des pages contenant les photos dans ce 2eme projet, mais je m'apperçois que le répertoire LIBRARY du 2eme projet conserve exactement la même taille (51 Go).
Comment peut-on "mettre à jour" le répertoire LIBRARY du projet après avoir supprimé des pages ?

(je précise que je parle bien du répertoire LIBRARY sur le disque dur de mon PC, car pour ce qui concerne l'exportation du projet, j'ai bien un 2eme site avec une taille réduite)

Le dossier Library contient surtout toutes les images d'un projet. Le souci est que les noms attribués aux fichiers par le logiciel sont inexploitables en l'état. Il faut ouvrir un fichier (pas toujours facile si ce n'est pas une photo) pour savoir à quoi il correspond.
Des fois on tombe sur ça :
Je signale ta demande au support technique car je ne connais pas de moyen efficace pour nettoyer ce dossier bien particulier sans risquer de perdre des données importantes du projet.
Patience jusqu'en début de semaine prochaine.

Merci Jiper pour l'attention portée à mon problème - effectivement les fichiers dans le dossier LIBRARY n'ayant pas d'extension, il est difficile de les identifier et de les nettoyer.

If after deleting said pages, the project still appears to be very big, I would suggest the following.
Download the free tool we provide on our website, the Optimizer, and run your project through there.

It should get rid of all non necessary images. Should it not be so, then it might probably be that they're actually still present in the project, linked somewhere.

I tried to use the optimizer, but I get a technical issue, after launching the optimizer, the answer is "unknown error: exception not managed" without any details (see screenshot attached).
It seems to me that I saw last week in the forul that the size of the IWZIP files is limited, but I have not retrieved this message. Knowing that my current IWZIP files sizes are around 20 Gb...(even 53 Gb for the first project I am trying to divide).
can you confirm wheter there is such limit in the size of the IWZIP file for the use of the optimizer, and how can I reduce this size.

Hi Michel,
We are aware of an issue with the current version of the Optimizer for v16 projects which is currently being fixed, but I'm still unsure as if this has anything to do with your case specifically.
I would like to ask you to try the following.
Your project might have generated backup over time. These backups might still hold all the images stored in them, and for this reason, the project is still heavy. Please try and create an IWZIP of the project (STEP 5), but be careful to uncheck the "Attach backups" and "Attach preview and upload folders" when doing, so. This way, the project should become sensibly smaller.
