According to my knowledge there are 2 ways.

1) Sticky Bar- Yes you can set 2 different contents for Sticky Bar and Header. When someone scrolls down, the sticky bar will appear and they can see what you want to show them. For example, your header contains simple title, menus, images etc. In the Sticky bar, you can insert videos, animated headlines etc.

2) Page without Template - If you want to change the header on scroll down for only home page then you have to create the Home Page without the default template. Try the following.

Go to Step 3:Map>Select Home Page>Then click on Properties>Then Go to Graphic Tab>Then tick on the checkbox ' Create the page without Template' and choose the preferred width>Then save it>Then go to Step 4:Pages>Here you can design your homepage as you want
