How can I access the refund procedure for update? I am within the 30 days. Thank you!

I asked this question on FB and was told: If you placed the order within 30 days, you can refund it by e-mailing our sales partner Cleverbridge: ***. I did as they asked and the refund was given.

As always your help is valuable. About the refund for me is clear: the amazing Pro 12 is now a bunch of problems called Pro 16. I have expected some time to get updates fix the some problems fixed and I am talking about those already mentioned many times here. The developers don't care about the real needs of the users - see the duplicate image export topic, quite old topic and we have the same problems. I will continue to use both 12 and 16 versions but I do not trust the new versions anymore. The Incomedia could be the new Adobe in web design but for some reasons perhaps they decided something else.

Elisa, "the refund was given." can be read as the refund was already made? Because I need to make papers for the output money if they did refund into the same account from which I paid? Please let me know.

To get a refund for the Update Protection Professional you have to e-mail *** and report the purchase ID number (150194246)
