Will a blog work with graphics and full templates? Is there something extra or special I have to do to create a blog?
Where can I find the drag and drop tools?
I have not created a website or blog at this stage.

It is not difficult to create, just fill in data in step1 settings, then advanced TAB, then blog
after that you will see the blog in step3, and you can drag the blog to your menu. (it will stay in the special part as well)
