you can do 3 things,

1. lock the page in step2 (button on top) only members can have acces this way.

2. hide the page in the menu, this means if people have the direct link they can still go to that page but the page won't show up in the menu anymore.

3, remove the page in step 5. after connection to your host, select the page, let's say the page name is test, then remove the file with test in it ending in .html or php. Don't upload after that because then the page get's uploaded again, if you do goto step 5 again after the upload, upload website and then remove page again.

PS in v16 and v17 you have the option to make the page not available at all.
