Hi Ricardo!

All the Evo 9 functions are built in HTML5, but not every browser supports it. At the moment we are keeping and using also flash, that is more common, then, step by step we will introduce new functions in HTML 5 according to the browser compatibility and progress.Laughing

I know Ricardo, but we have to try to please everyone and many users still use older browsers like IE 7 and 8 for example. Therefore it isn't that easy nor simple to change things. We will eventually manage!Wink

Agreed. The slideshow needs to work in HTML5. Putting it in flash is so backwards thinking. I am greatly appalled at this apparent lack of thought.

Wink

Chris you are correct..... The slideshow MUST work in both as NOT all browsers are supporting the "FULL" HTML5 coding! Even IE 9 is NOT supporting HTML5 fully just yet!

"The World Wide Web Consortium has indicated that the next version of HTML will not become an officially recommended standard until 2014."

Flash will not die methinks as it will affect too many software companies!

* 1.2 billion mobile phones are Flash capable

* 70% of online gaming sites run Flash

* 98% percent of Internet-enabled desktops use it

* 85% of top 100 websites use Flash

* Many major websites use Flash, including Hulu, Disney and YouTube

* 2-3 million people belong to the Flash developer community

* 90% of creative professionals have Adobe software on their desktops
