WebSite X5 Professional V17 does not launch after I had to reinstall Windows 10 and subsequently Website X5 as well.

Why does it not launch, do you use correct link from desktop?
Else download full version from profile, top right pilldown next to your name, again and install that one.

Emile, I recently had a need to install a clean copy of Win10 (I went from blank HD directly to Win10 1809). Every attempt to run WX5 failed until I installed all releases of visual c++ I believe it was also necessary to revisit .net
Interestingly it was necessary to install both X64 & X86 versions of Visual c++
