I'm not being able to download X5 to reinstall! I have two valid licenses - one expiring today! - of X5 and X5 Pro, but when I access the download section of my profile the download links lead to a blank page saying to verify my internet connection, proxy or firewall. 

Well, I have a 200 Mb optical fiber connection and I'm not behind a firewall or using a proxy. The Windows firewall I'm using isn't blocking the traffic to the site, neither my router. Everything is ok with my system and connection, that's the only trouble I'm having. Is there some problem with the FTP server? I need to download X5 Pro urgently because my old HD died and I have to finalize a project whose deadline is next Monday! 

I already sent a private message to Incomedia yesterday, but without answer untill now.
