I have encountered another problem with V9. In the menu selection "Advanced Settings / Main Menu Style" the setting for horizontal margin does not seem to function! No matter which template i select, any adjustment of the horizontal margin value has absolute ne effect in preview. Is this another bug or am i missing something? Regards Richie.

The horizontal Margin only works if the "TEXT ALIGNMENT" is positioned LEFT!!

Thanks for the information. However, the menu points (width, vertical margin and distance between buttons) all affect the apperance style of the main menu bar, therefore i would assume that the "horizontal margin" should move the menu bar towards the left and NOT the text. If this "horizontal margin" is only for the text, then it should be moved to the section "Text" and only active when alignment is set to !1-Left".
Regards Richard.
Hello Richard,
can you send us a screenshot of the effects which you want get? Thishelps us tobetter understand the problem.

Hallo Luca,
As i previously explained, under "Advanced settings / Main Menu Style General", the sub menu points (width, horizontal margin, vertical margin, and distance between buttons) under "Style" you would think that they would all change the style of the button apperance. They all do, except for "horizontal margin" which moves the text only when the text alignment is set to "Left". Therefore, in this case i believe that the menu point "horizontal margin" under "Style" should be moved to the sub menu point "Text" and only active when the "Alignment" is set to "Left".
However, in cases where there are only a few main menu tabs displayed, it might be usefull to be able to move the the main menu bar to the right or centre position. At the moment it is always registered to the left. Therefore, you could consider having a "horizontal margin" under "Style" to move the menu tabs to the right.
Hope this helps,
Regards, Richard.

Hello Richard,
the margin horizontal depends from distance of width main menu and depends from distance between the buttons. If you increases the distance and set the margin horizontal from 30 and change this value, you see the change in the preview of WebSite X5 Evolution 9. it is important execute same the preview in the software.
