FTP error

Gday. I'm having a problem when exporting my site with the FTP (in the software)
FTP connection refused (425) - screenshot attached.
I ticked the "Use Passive FTP" which then allowed the files to transfer BUT the whole website uploads, not just the changes I have made. I get an error message before saying that the PHP version failed - screenshot attached. If I ignore the error it then goes on to upload the whole site.
How do I fix this please?

Linda, either thru your hosting control panel or by live chat to your host you can upgrade PHP to v7.2 or later and you won't get that error.
All files will upload if this is your first upload via WX5 or if a new version of WX5 is being used.
Let us know if all files keep uploading.
