Images Not Loading After Upgrade

I have just upgraded my v9 to 9.0.6.1775 this morning and now many of the images on my website are not loading once live (i.e. uploaded to website). It displays the "Image Generation Error". I've been through the whole project and made sure all images are fine and all are. I'm now going through and removing and re-inserting all the images to fix this. It's a right pain and taking ages. I wish Incomedia could get their upgrades more reliable.

let me explain how it works: when you create a project with Evo 9, the program saves the images in the project folder (the one you have set in the preferences section) and keeps getting them from there every time it needs to create previews, therefore everything seems to work fine. When you export though, the program takes the images from their original location on HD.
When you update your program to 9.0.6 the program needs to create from zero every file and image in the project and looks for them in the original location. So if you have moved your images into a different location while working from version 9.04 to 9.06, the program doesn't find them anymore and displays the "Image Generation Error". Maybe you added them to on a usb device, an external hd or another folder?
